Workfile - Tasks Tab

The Tasks feature allows you to create and manage workfile related and general tasks. A Task is a part of a set of actions required to accomplish a job, action, or assignment. Tasks can be a stand alone action that can be associated with a workfile or an activity associated with the company. A new Task can be created for open and closed workfiles.

The Messaging feature allows users to communicate information to other employees and insurance companies. Messaging is integrated into the My Work Dashboard feature.From an open message, selecting Print allows you to the message history.
